Katrina - New Orleans and Nostradamus

There is some reason to believe that Nostradamus predicted the vicious attack by the Hurricane Katrina in 2005 upon the city of New Orleans. Read the following from Century I, Quatrain 20:

The cities of Tours, Orleans, Blois, Angers, Reims and Nantes
are troubled by sudden change.
Tents will be pitched by (people) of foreign tongues;
rivers, darts at Rennes, shaking of land and sea.

You may think that the Orleans here refered to is the one in France, but there is no reason to suppose that Nostradamus was confining his prediction to that country merely because the other cities surrounding Orleans in this Quatrain happen to be in that area. It is more striking that we see rivers and the shaking of land and sea. What happened in New Orleans could only be defined as a shaking of the sea.

With all the flooding, people will be housed in tents in the area for a long time to come and as for foreign tongues. Aid workers will certainly come from all over. Besides, what is the Native Tongue of the city in the first place, French? The help is coming, in the main, from English Speaking people.

Finally, we see here that the area is troubled by sudden change. If this isn't sudden change, what is? This is one of the clearest presages of the future I have seen in the works of Nostradamus.
