Almond Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
1 egg
3 cups cooked rice
2 oz diced and cooked ham
3/4 sliced green onions and tops
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup blanched and toasted almonds
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat until you can sense the heat when holding your hand about 8 inches above the skillet. Stir in green onions and red bell pepper. Heat for one minute. Add the egg and stir. Now add rice. Combine ham and soy sauce into the mixture along with the almods and heat through.
